I would love to see some hybrid card making....wouldn't it be so fun to make a big stash of different cards to use for all occasions?!
Basics of how to design your own scrapbook paper.
just basics. What happens to me is I follow the instructions and then suddenly it doesn't "do" what it should and I have NO CLUE how to make it work.... drives me "up the lightshade" I would lOVE to make hybrid cards as well as pages. Wow how cool would that be :)
I would love to take a class on just about anything I can alter/glue/paste/layer LOL... If it doesn't move, it can be altered LOL....hehehe....
hybrid cards would be great! I already do some but any new tips and tricks would be good. And altered items, mini books!
Yes, I want to know how to design me own paper ;)
xoxo

I would love to know how to get started. I;m using Paint shop pro XI and I haven't got a clue on how to make such great things as you do. I love to use it on my layouts. I like doing both cause I cannot miss the sound of my scissors in the paper!
Mieke
Some sort of hybrid canvas tutorial so I can make "wonderful artwork" for my walls. LOL! One can but dream!
Hybrid card making would be my choice. I'm always sending cards and would love to make really unique ones for my friends and family.
I would be interested in hybrid photo tin albums. I have such hard times making templates & then trying to resize my layouts so they fit on the templates. Thanks
I would love to take a class devoted to showing me how to use traditional techniques to add some WOW power to my digital pages.
I think that a backwards class would be neat ....how to make a digi layout more interactive like adding hidden journaling or how to incorporate souvniers that you just can't throw out even though you scanned them for a page.
I would love to take a class on how to do either hybid cards or mini books!
Oh, so many things I'd love to learn...
I think it would be awesome to learn how to make your own paper...
I also would love to learn how to do more to my pictures... like adding elements to them before printing them out...
~J
I have two things actually. Hybird cards and layouts. I've seen some great cards and layouts that are interactive (tabs can be lifted - doors opened) but I don't know how to do them.
What to do with all the patterned paper I have now that I'm completely digital. I would love to use it.
I would also like to see a card making tutorial and an altered tin tutorial.
Well, as a former paper scrapper who has gone solely digital for the past two years, but STILL has an entire scrapbook room full of paper supplies, I am intrigued by hybrid. I've never really done it. But I would love a class that shows me some cool effects I can get by combining the two. What are the benefits of going hybrid (besides how to use up my paper supply!) But basically a class that shows me things I cannot create by digi alone. Oh and the mag looks cool, I have yet to see an issue, and since you are featuring one of my all time favorite designers, I would love the chance to receive this!
I would love to be able to take my digi papers and make either a tile layout or one of those big 12x12 canvas layouts!! I have never attempted a hybrid project like that before and think it would be so much fun!!
A class on altered items (love the idea of canvas wall art) would be great! And hybrid cards too!
I'm a beginner and would like to learn a little about what programs all ow you to do what and which would be recommended! Love the idea of doing cards too!
I would love to see a class on a hybrid mini album. Some thing fun that could be made fairly quickly for gift giving.
Wow...this publication looks great! I too would like to venture into the mini book idea. I love hybrid...gives me the best of both worlds!
Can your CT participate too! lol Well if not I will answer anyway :) I'd like to see a class on hybrid mini books, more cards and maybe something for a beginner like the best way to print out your digital elements (cardstock, thick photo paper etc).
I would love to learn more about hybrid cards. I have made some cards but would like to learn some more advanced techniques to make my cards a bit more intricate.
I would love to see a class on printing & using digital items for altered items...books, paint cans, soldered slides, that type of thing. Oh, and I would LOVE a copy of this new magazine!
Oh, I like making cards! But would like to expand out to making keyring albums, and other little fun things like that.
I just bought Photoshop Elements and I'd like to get some good beginner classes combining this with my traditional scrappin.
This mag looks great! Thanks
Susan
I am very interested in all things hybrid. I would love some pointers on greeting cards. I hate going into a store and trying to find what I want to say. Making them myself would make them much more meaningful. Paper making is another wish of mine.
I definitely would love to learn how to create patterned paper to print and use (I can do textures easily enough). Also, how to use a brush you LOVE and want to make your own overlay or transparency for paper layout would be awesome!!
I would love a class on altering plain everyday items, like paint cans, buckets, tins and such.
How to find the perfect elements that can be cutout for your scrapbooks. and what are the best ways to adhere them to your pages.
Oh my - so much to learn - I've just begun dabbling in Digital and it overwhelms me so - playing with a little bit of this and a little bit of traditional is such a great concept. I'd love a class in time management to give me more time to play!

I would love to see a hybrid project for making a mini-album. That would rock! Hugs!
Another vote here for making papers. I have done a bit, but I KNOW there must be a simpler way to go about it!
I would love to learn cards.
I would love to learn how to make my own templates for making mini-books. I'd thinking of 5x7 or so.... I know how to use templates, but not make them. Thanks!
Whoa, there is so much stuff I need to learn. However, if I had to pick one thing I believe it will be to make my own paper. Following in a close second is overlays.
I'd be happy with most any class selection. :) Definitely the basics, but maybe some mini-album like classes...I've been drawn to hybrid since before it was a "common" term...but just don't try it much...lol
I would like a class on manipulating my photos. I love to make a photo look dreamy, or bright, etc. As well as putting swirls etc, directly onto the photo.
I would love to know how to design scrapbook paper as well.
I guess my wish would be to see hybrid personal pails and boxes. I like the dimensions and depths hybrid gives to projects!
Most digital classes I've seen are for Photoshop. How about some for Digital Image Suite/Pro? How about something to help translate between the two? I'm just getting started with digital and frustrated to not be able to find very many basic tutorials.
I'd love to see a class on how to incorperate my digital pages into my paper album. I create most of my pages digitally, but then want to print them out at home on my normal printer. I LOVE the 12x12 format, and so there is a lot of white space. I would like some new ideas on what to do with that white space.
I would love to learn how to do according books - the templates I've gotten don't seem to owrk / I am doing something wrong :\
This looks soo awesome! I would love to learn how to make my own brushes. I would also love to learn how to use my Waocom tablet to create swirl brushes etc with nice crisp edges.
oooooooo canval wall art and altered anything sounds wondrous.:)
I'd love to see a class on hybrid mini books!
I would love to take a class on using acrylic paint and sponges or stamps on my layouts or maybe on *real* paper and adhering my digital layout to that. So I guess it would be combining a digital layout with scrapbook paper and acrylic paint.
I would also like a class on how to do the altered tin cans and clipboards.
my layouts look very cluttered after im done, so bad it takes the attention off from the photo LOL, so id like to learn where to put the elements without overdueing it. ive seen so many great LOs and wish i could be that creative. like the clusters, i love those, but i just cant do it. :0)
I would really like a class that would teach me how to do hybrid pages like combining some digital elements with real stickers and other things that are not that available in digital (i.e. disney and sesame street characters).
I would like to see card making and designing papers
I would love to see some hybrid altered projects like books and altered vases and stuff.
I don't understand brushes at all. I would love some help with that.
I would love to do something with canvases. I still have so many paper supplies it would be nice if I could find a use for them :)
I would love to see a hybrid class on making and printing your own transparencies. Although looking at the other replies, the card idea has me intrigued!
I would love to learn how to use brushes (especially the cool frames) on my photos...
I'd love to figure out how to make background papers that are solid, but have a grungy, dirty, sandpapered look to them.
I would like to know how to make templates from within Paint Shop Pro, not after you have done a layout but before.
I would love basics of PE5. Also, eventually I would love to see how paper is made. Thank you!
I would love to learn more about hybrid scrapbooking and hydrib cardmaking..
Hugs Christina (DK)
Definitely a basics class... I am still working up the courage to try hybrid! :)
Patterned paper with brushes, or lined (ruled paper) or scalloped edges.
I would love to learn the basics as in Hybrid Scrapping for Dummies. I have Photo Shop Elements but just can't seem to figure out where & how to start. I even have some digi papers, tools, embellishments ready to go plus a PC that is loaded with pictures. So what's stopping me?? I get so confused by where & how to start and just can't seem to GET IT.. Anything that would help me GET IT would be great.
I would love how to class on how to make elements such as ribbons and pins have the 3D effect. I would also like a class to learn how to make objects appear to have depth.

Hi! I would love to know how to get started with photoshop elements. I just got it and am baffled about layers and just how to create a basic layout.
Thanks!!
I would like a hybrid class on how to fasten "real" elements like charms to my digital LOs without the fastener poking holes through the page protector on the back side (and even scratching the next page protector). Thank you so much!
Ok...So I can paper scrap and I can digi scrap...But putting the 2 together escapes me! ANY tips for hybrid scrapping would be great!kayleecorbin1
I would love how to design my own PP to use in my hybrid projects!
I'd also be interested in Card Making, I've made some but they just don't have the polish I think to cut it. So help would be appreciated!
I'd like to learn how to do custom drop shadows. I know how to use the button so that PSE does it automatically. But sometimes the auto one is too big or small.
i would love to learn how to make the things grunge, so I could make some own brushes and paper
This issue looks awesome! I also would like more know how about brushes. I haven't been able to work them for design AT ALL!
I'd like to see how to make small gift-albums without a lot of expense. Especially how to bind them inexpensively, while still looking nice.
How about a hybrid PROJECTS class - like a mini-album? That would be fun!
Heck I'd love any kind of class...I'm just finally figuring out digi!!
My first choice would be cards and second choice mini albums. Both would benefit from hybrid layouts to put some WOW into them.
Thank you for all your tips!
I would like to know how to make my own papers. I would like to be able to design a paper specifically for a picture or event.
I would love to take a class about the basics of how to include digital details on paper layouts - like journaling, but also brushes etc.
I would love to be able to make the colors in my photos pop. The super saturated bright and fun look that so many designers use. Some photo editing that both digi and hybrid scrappers can use to really put the wow factor into photos!
The other thing I would love to see is how to design a two page layout where a picture or element spans the two pages. How do you design this when setting up the document for ease of printing and designing. Thank you very much!
Well lets see can't do much on the computer graphically so the basic 101 would be great! I've told you before your stuff is wonderful and If I could get somewhere near as good as you I'd be happy. Thanks for sharing.
I would love a class on making shaped items like tags with decorative edges.
Oh wow! I just found this blog and I'm super excited! My new love...er, obsession is hybrid scrapping! I would love to see classes on mini hybrid albums. Thanks so much!
Although I'm pretty newbie to both paper and digi scrapbooking, using your "paper-scrap" elements, buttons, ribbons, beads, brads and so on, is pretty obvious for most basic layouts. I'd like to see more advanced stuff, maybe even a digi-layout or digi-magazine cover layout, scraped into a paper layout. But basics and cards would be nice to :-)

Hi Julie Ann and posse,
I'd love to have a variety of techniques for card making, that'd include using up my stash of embellies, but using brushes, swirls, faux finishes, etc., and that incorporates just a FEW (please oh please) dynamite ideas of making my featured b/w or color photo POP. Is that too much to ask!? xo
Colleen E.
I would like to see more hybrid freestyle.
I would like to know how to make hybrid projects for kids. I make a lot of things for my daughter now, but they aren't hybrid. Just printed projects.(writecrina(deletethispart)@yahoo.com)
I have adope photoshop 6.0. I have tried to edit photos in it and save and print them but I can not. I have never done digital-it scares my but hybrid scrapbooking sounds so fun. So a basic class would be awesome, basics on photo editing and how to get started with hybrid. Thanks Jen
jenroberson42@yahoo.com
I am new to digi scrapping, so first I would love to see a make your own kit type of thing. Something with how to make brushes, papers, embellies, etc.
Then later on how to apply it to hybrid scrapping. Simply because I want to do digi well enough to apply it to hybrid.
I'm just learning about digital and hybrid scraping...love your site. Basic information on getting started would be great. It's a little overwhelming!
I have been on the fence about digi scrapping. I think your magazine to cover this is a fantastic idea.
I would love to see more about using digital scrapboking on typical scrapbook pages. I bought a 12x12 printer and a software program but sitll love touching and feeling the supplies so I ned to use both! Mindy
I would love to learn how to make scrapbook covers that I can give used digital papers to design, but also embellish and use to put my layout in. It sure would be a $$$ saver for me.
Cards, Cards, Cards!!! ...and anything altered!!
I am so psyched about your mag! I would love to learn a little more about photoshop elements to alter pics before putting them in a digi layout!
I think getting that "wow" factor for your photos...because it all boils down to your photos and you want them to look their best! Some techniques or tips on that would be great.
I would like a class on making giftable altered/decorated stuff for guys (using digi scrapping, of course). Stuff that isn't one bit girly, and that my husband wouldn't be embarrassed to have on his desk at work. Father's Day is coming up soon, after all!
It is quite frustrating how little truly masculine (and adult at the same time) scrapping stuff there is out there, in both the digi and paper worlds. Ribbons and flowers do not a masculine layout make! (Don't be ditzy like my MIL who gave my husband a floral Trapper Keeper in high school just because my DH enjoyed working in the garden with flowers...he was sooooo embarrassed!!!!) I guess the lack of masculinity is because there aren't many guys who scrap at this time...and they don't want to start because all the scrap stuff is really girly...vicious cycle!
I would luv some classes on Hybrid general altered projects.
I would luv the class to show steps from picking out digital paper to printing it.
I would luv for the class to also include information on what kind of paper is best for what projects and why.
Wishing you the best, Norma (localocairis)
I'm starting to get into card making. I would love to learn hybrid card making with emphasis on the elements, ribbon inparticular. Thanx
i would like to see a class about manipulating digital images --what i'm wondering about is scanning paper scrapping things (ex: if it is a favorite thing and you want to use it again and again on hybrid or digital LOs and things that you only have a small quantity of but want to use a lot of them on your LOs). also, editing pics to make them better is always a good one -- definitely translates to all 3 types of scrapbooking :)
thanks! sara
I would a more or less beginner class on hybrid scrapbooking/card making. This is something I really want to learn but have been unable to do it on my own - nothing works as the directions say it should / or is it just me??? Now, I'm wondering.. Thanks for the contest.
Barb S (FL)
I consider myself a "timid but warming" hybrid scrapper and this is one area that definitely needs some tutorials! LOL As far as MY list of what I'd want to learn, I can only base it on what I'm attempting to do now, so:
1. digital photo editing: how to file (originals, edited, etc); "actions"; archival digital storage tips; how to use different papers (transparencies, vellum, glossy paper) to print out what we want
2. a project or two that takes us through a common hybrid application (ie, digital perpetual calendar files to make an accordian book for important family dates (birthdays, anniversaries)
3. how to do a basic hybrid layout
4. card templates are a great application, and please do not forget the inside sentiment page: why do we have to leave these blank???? (I don't mine, but a template would be so much easier than my Word ones...).
5. please include PSE and PSP in all instruction. I use both and do not own the full-blown PhotoShop.
Thanks,
Aimeslee
